Studio Policies

My policies exist to support a calm, respectful, and unhurried experience for both you and me. Thank you for understanding and honoring the time and care that goes into each appointment. Please expand the sections below to review full studio policies.

  • Cancellations & Rescheduling

    Life happens, and I understand that sometimes schedules change. I kindly ask for a minimum of 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows me the opportunity to offer that time to another client.

    Appointments canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled time will result in a 50% cancellation fee.

    No-Show Appointments

    Out of respect for my time and schedule, no-call/no-show appointments are not acceptable. Automated email and text reminders are sent 48 hours prior to all appointments.

    Any no-call/no-show appointment will be charged 50% of the total service cost.

  • Service Adjustments

    All services at Neesh Hair Co are considered final. However, if you have any concerns, I’m happy to make reasonable adjustments within 72 hours of your original appointment. Adjustments are not refunds and are intended to fine-tune the original service.

    Respectful Environment

    Neesh Hair Co is a one-on-one studio designed to feel calm, private, and welcoming. I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone if a respectful or safe environment cannot be maintained.
